Silicon Valley

Silicon Valley is not a place on a map, but a way of thinking: here an idea turns into a billion-dollar business faster than anywhere else in the world.

Days

Silicon Valley

San Francisco

You’re walking through the grounds where the products used by half the world are created.

Stanford University. You’re walking along the same paths where Google, Yahoo, and dozens of startups that changed entire industries got their start. In the evening, there’s a networking event with students and alumni who are already building their own companies.

What we’ll do

  • We explore the city with a local resident, not with a tour guide following a set itinerary. You see the logic behind how this city was built and understand why everything else began right here. In the evening, everyone shares aloud where they are right now and what they want to change over the course of this week.

  • You break down the algorithms of a professional network with someone who knows them from the inside, and rewrite your profile right on the spot. Then it connects you with partners, investors, and clients without your daily involvement.

  • We head to the Pacific coast, to a small town where people come specifically to think. There, together with your team, you’ll build your own startup in a single day and pitch it to investors. In the evening, we’ll celebrate the end of the camp.

  • On the final morning, we’ll have breakfast together and formalize the agreements reached within the group. You’ll fly home with a plan for the next thirty days—not just photos.

Silicon alley

Apple co-founder Steve Wozniak and Tesla co-founder Marc Tarpenning both graduated from here. You’re walking through the very same campus that nurtured the founders of companies that changed the world.

What we’ll do

  • We spend the day at the university that gave rise to the tech valley. You explore the dynamics that turned this educational institution into the hub of an entire industry, and you find yourself at a student sports festival that the students organize entirely on their own, from start to finish. You see how a large-scale project is managed through the eyes of twenty-year-olds.

  • You spend the day with a founder who went from being an employee to starting his own company. He doesn’t speak from a stage, but right beside you: he tells you when he left his job, how he made ends meet, and what he did when his money ran out. You ask questions tailored to your specific situation and get answers the very same day.

  • Ninety-nine percent of founders don’t receive funding from venture capital firms. We break down what sets apart the one percent who do: the logic behind how a fund selects companies, where the business valuation figure comes from, and what mistakes close the door before the first meeting even takes place. Next, you’ll pitch your idea yourself and hear exactly at what moment they stop listening to you.

  • In a lab on the campus of one of the world’s top universities, you’ll work alongside an active developer to build your own AI assistant tailored to your specific needs. You’ll walk out of there with a working tool—not just a theoretical outline of the future—and gain insight into where your business is already losing money today.

  • We meet with people who work at the world’s largest tech companies and get an inside look at their work: how they set goals, how many weeks it takes to go from idea to release, and what they do with a hypothesis that didn’t work out.

LinkedIn Headquarters

You walk into the office of a platform used by half a billion professionals worldwide and get an inside look at how they’re building a product that shapes the careers of millions of people.

The philosophy of pitching is the dominant force in this region. You’ll learn to pitch an idea in 60 seconds, just as they do here in front of investors who decide the fate of multimillion-dollar funding rounds in a matter of minutes.

Speakers who’ve gone from zero to their first million. Not stories from the covers of Forbes, but real founders who personally share where they went wrong, what they lost, and how they turned things around.

Exclusive networking with Silicon Valley entrepreneurs and investors—real connections, real success stories, not just exchanging business cards at a conference.

Salesforce Tower

Ohana Floor at Salesforce Tower, the tallest building in San Francisco. From above you can see the whole city, while a curator explains how they build the corporate culture of a billion-dollar company.

Exploratorium. A museum where you cannot just look — you can touch everything. Science is shown here the way Silicon Valley builds products: through experimentation, not theory.

Autodesk Gallery. You touch design and VR technologies that are already shaping the buildings, machines, and films of the future.

Golden Gate Park

A day in Golden Gate Park with your team — no screens and no presentations, just nature and people beside you.

A closing ceremony where each participant presents their own takeaways and leaves with a concrete next step, not just impressions.

Tour Leader

I am Olena Fedorova, a Chinese philologist, Oriental studies specialist, and Chinese language interpreter. I lived in China for many years: I studied there, taught at a Chinese university, and worked in the local environment, observing the culture from within rather than from a tourist perspective.

At the same time, my path has been closely connected with the West, its mindset, business culture, and approach to life. It was at the intersection of these worlds — Eastern depth and Western diplomacy — that the idea of Dragon Camp was born.

Here’s Why This Is Not an Ordinary Trip

Every session in the program is kicked off in person by the founders, investors, developers, and employees of the world’s largest tech companies. Opportunities like these aren’t available just by buying a ticket.

You’ll be surrounded by 20 entrepreneurs, not random tourists. You’ll speak the same language of business with the people around you, and this is where partnerships are formed—partnerships that would normally take months to find in everyday life.

The best way to understand Dragon Camp is through those who have already experienced it.

Our manager is always in touch to clarify all questions related to tickets and visas. We also send a detailed guide with recommendations on how to prepare for the trip — from choosing suitable clothing to weather information. Before the trip, we invite you to a shared chat where you can meet the other participants and discuss all details.
