New York & Washington

4 days

New York

Museum of American Finance on Wall Street. The NYSE trading floor has been closed to visitors since 2001 — here you touch the same history of money through artifacts and interactive exhibits, not through a display case.

United Nations Headquarters — an official tour through the halls where decisions are made that affect the fate of countries.

What we’ll do

  • Closed meetings with hedge fund managers, venture investors, and family office owners — conversations that are not found in any guidebook.

  • A top Broadway musical on an evening when Manhattan lights up with millions of lights.

  • A private tour of the Bloomberg newsroom and studios — from the inside, you see how the news that moves markets is created.

  • A helicopter flight over Manhattan — the Statue of Liberty, Midtown, and the Hudson from a height only a few get to see.

  • An evening in the Hamptons — a private estate or closed beach club, wine tasting at Wölffer Estate. The same transport used by America’s 1% to get there: a helicopter.

4 days

Washington

The Capitol — the Crypt, the Rotunda, and National Statuary Hall, where laws are passed that change the rules of the game for the whole world.

A closed briefing at the Atlantic Council think tank — home to the Eurasia Center, which focuses on Ukraine and the region.

What we’ll do

  • A meeting with the Ukrainian embassy or advocacy groups in Washington — access no regular tour can provide.

  • World Bank Visitor Center — an interactive look at how decisions are made that shape the economies of entire countries.

  • A briefing with a lobbyist — unpacking the logic of influence: how decisions are really made in Washington, not how the news describes it.

  • International Spy Museum — the world of intelligence and power from another, unexpected angle.

  • An evening walk to the Lincoln and Jefferson Memorials — a quiet moment after an intense day.

Tour Leader

I am Olena Fedorova, a Chinese philologist, Oriental studies specialist, and Chinese language interpreter. I lived in China for many years: I studied there, taught at a Chinese university, and worked in the local environment, observing the culture from within rather than from a tourist perspective.

At the same time, my path has been closely connected with the West, its mindset, business culture, and approach to life. It was at the intersection of these worlds — Eastern depth and Western diplomacy — that the idea of Dragon Camp was born.

WHY THIS, NOT A REGULAR TOUR

Personal support from the Dragon Camp organizer from the first day to the last.

Your circle is 20 entrepreneurs, not random tourists. With the people beside you, you speak the same language of business — and this is where partnerships are born that usually take months to find.

You get access that is closed to regular tourists: private meetings with investors, a briefing at a think tank, a meeting with an embassy — instead of reading signs.

You unpack the logic of two systems that move the world — money and power. Not from the news, but from people who work inside these systems every day.

You return home with new rules of the game — not only in business, but also in how you live each day.
